We also offer them with spinners with detachable lobster claws for you tassel twirlers out there, just add tassels and go! Vinyl base is easy to clean and easy to rhinestone. Bases are soft and pliable but will stiffen once glue and stones are adhered. Bases come in white. We suggest painting the base the color of your pastie first and letting it dry before rhinestoning for a true professional look. Don't have paint? we'll paint them for you FREE.
